Life is what happens to you while you’re busy writing a blog.

‘Life is what happens to you while youre busy making other plans’ – John Lennon

In this case: life is what happens to you while you’re busy writing a blog 😉

So, ambulance took me to the hospital the other day. Chest pains and shortness of breath. It happened while I was writing a blog. That’s what I call sacrifice modern blogging. It turned out it was an anxiety.

There are two possibilities here:

1- My anxiety is out of control
2- I am the biggest drama queen in the world

hospital See? Drama.

And I might know where the problem lies….

So, it was just an anxiety. Is ‘just’ the right word?
At this point, I struggle with several physical conditions which are the direct result of along term anxiety.
Do you know someone who is struggling with anxiety or maybe you are extremely anxious person yourself?

Please reach out, leave a comment !
In the meantime: Keep calm (if possible) and write a blog!
