Delicious slow cooked turkey breasts with spinach, oats and pumpkin seeds.
Ingredients: 250 g of diced turkey breasts, salsa sauce, chopped spinach (one cup), chopped bell pepper (one cup), handful of oats, some pumpkin seeds, spices (Depending on your likings: it can be powdered garlic with ground pepper or, if you really want to go against spinach subtle taste, chili & pepper mix. I went with enchilada spice mix, which has powdered garlic in it. It is a crime against my ibs, but it is so yummy, I couldn’t help myself).
I put ingredients into the crock pot as follows: layer of sauce, turkey and spices, spinach. I stirred it all gently and added more salsa, chopped pepper, oats and pumpkin seeds. I cooked it on low for 3 hrs.
