Chinese chicken. Easy to follow crock pot recipe. Only 3 ingredients!
– 5 chicken thighs
– chinese ‘5 spice’
– ginger & teriyaki stir fry sauce or teriyaki marinade (200 ml)
Pour a little bit of sauce into the crock pot (cover the bottom), put chicken thighs, sprinkle chicken pieces with pinch of ‘5 spice’ ( amount depends on your likings) and pour remaining sauce, or, if you’re cooking more chicken thighs, put them on top of each other and make sure layer of sauce between them is thick. Cook on high for 4 hrs. At the end of the cooking, open the lid and cover chicken generously with sauce from the slow cooker. You can switch crock pot off and let chicken soak in the sauce for a while.
