Salted caramel–chocolate & banana dump cake.
Slow cooker recipe. Part of ‘Awesome crock pot recipes‘ series.
5/6 small ripe bananas, water 100 ml ,crumble mix 225g ,salted caramel (2 tablespoons), one chocolate bar/chocolate flakes/chocolate chips ( alternatively: chopped chocolate bar with salted caramel filling).
Mash bananas (if very ripe, leave them as they are ; you can use previously frozen bananas- they are perfect for dump cakes and banana bread). Pour water into the slow cooker, add banana mash/bananas and crumble mix . Cover and cook for 2/2,5 hrs on high or for 4 hrs on low. After that time, uncover and throw chopped chocolate bar/chips, pour caramel sauce, cover and leave it to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
