Christmas Home Tour

Christmas Home Tour 2016.
There’s building site close to our home. Builders are working hard, demolishing old, drafty building and making room for a new, shiny one. Sadly, they had to cut down all the trees in the surrounding area. Not many, 4 overall (our favorite apple tree included), but still it’s sad to see them go). We’ve decided to give cut down conifer another life and we’ve brought some evergreens home. It’s not much, but I still love the look.
Enjoy the pics!

  1. Your tree is absolutely gorgeous. So stunning at night, and I’m glad you gave us a look in the daylight so we can enjoy those sweet ornaments. I love luminaries. They’re so peaceful. When I lived in the midwest here in the states we used to go to a little town that was established as a religious colony by Swedes back in the 1800’s. The townspeople have kept up the tradition of luminaries along the walks. Just beautiful. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us. xo

  2. Mila, Your tree is a delight. It has a Scandinavian flavor which I love for winter. I thought the trees on the window sill were charming. Your place looks like it gets a lot of light which is so nice during the darker months.
