– 2- 4 pears
– half baked pastry case
– 1-3 tablespoons of white sugar (you can add more if you got sweet tooth)
– brown sugar (half tablespoon)
– 50g unsalted butter
– flour (4 tablespoons)
– vanilla extract (1 tablespoon)
– 2 beaten eggs
Peel pears and cut them into quarters. Fill saucepan with pears, water and cook on a small fire. Add brown sugar and stirr well. Cook till tender. Drain pears and place them in the pastry case. In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar together (you can heat butter in a microvawe for 10- 30 seconds). Add beaten eggs (use mixer for better effect), vanilla extract and flour. Stirr well and pour liquid over pears.
Preahet oven to 180°C ( 356 ºF ) and bake for 30-35 minutes.
