Living room decorating ideas

I swear, this corner  should be named ‘the great grey corner’!

I’ll definitely buy a throw and cushions, but I still can’t decide on a color palette…

How colorful I want my living room to be?

Do I want boho style? Or elegant, sober tones?

My great, great plans are :

I think that dark, wooden floating shelves would look great on the wall behind the sofa.
I was hinting my love for quirky coffee tables before. The truth is, I need one small side table for all the stuff (calendar, pen, phone ) I desperately need every 5 minutes during the day.
And we might spray paint old, cheap Ikea tables that we already have. I guess we are the kind of people, that need three coffee tables to live comfortably 😉 .

  1. Mila, I know it’s hard to decide. There are so many varieties to choose from. I’m sure that what ever style you decide to go with, it will look fabulous! I can’t wait to see what you decide.

  2. I love boho style (and that adorable owl throw pillow–we have a few of those, too!). I love how just a few bright patterns can completely transform a room. I’m ready for a total apartment overhaul myself! Hope you’re having a great week 🙂 XOXO

  3. If Boho is the choice, the wall art concept is super and would look really great. Haven’t seen that look before. Just great Mila. And thanks for stopping by! Jane

  4. Some lovely choices. I find the more I do research about what I want the more confused I get. I just spend hours trawling the net.I love both styles, I think the boho one has the edge for me but then the more neutral one you can chop and change accessories…
