Delicious and healthy spicy pumpkin lamb. Easy to make crock pot meal – only 4 ingredients. IBS friendly.
– ground lamb 250g
– half tablespoon of cayenne pepper
– half tablespoon of ground ginger
– pumpkin soup 500 ml (from the sachet, if it’s out of season).
If using soup from the sachet, cook it as instructed on the package and pour half of it into the crock pot. In a bowl, combine lamb mince, cayenne pepper and ginger. Mix it well and put it into the slow cooker, pour remaining soup. Cover and cook on high for 2 hrs.
Subtlety of pumpkin and sharpness of pepper & ginger, give this meal an unexpected flavour. Enjoy!
