Cranberry BBQ ribs. Crock pot recipe.
It’s getting closer… Dreaded end of the summer. How about few little things to make your end of the summer delicious and fun? Let’s start with dinner…
I use my crock pot all year long, and I like to make flagship season dishes in slow cooker. Nothing screams summer more than BBQ ribs, so here we go: delicious and cheap (only 4 ingredients!) dinner idea for the whole family to enjoy!
– pork ribs (700g)
– sweet and sticky bbq sauce (280g)
– bbq spice mix (two teaspoons)
-whole cranberry sauce (250g)
Instructions: Cover bottom of the slow cooker with bbq sauce (you can use half a bottle). Sprinkle spice mix over ribs, gently put ribs into the crockpot and pour remaining bbq sauce over them, last (but not least) add cranberry sauce (you can use a whole 250g jar!). Cook 4 hrs on low or 8 hrs on high, then transfer ribs into oven proof dish. Pour sauce from the slow cooker over them and bake them in 200C (on the middle shelf) for 15 minutes to 30 minutes.
