Slow cooker prawns
Creamy slow cooker prawns. Part of ‘Awesome Crock Pot Recipes‘ series.
Ingredients: 150g of fresh prawns, one vegetable stock cube, 125g of rice, one teaspoon of ground paprika, a pinch of coarse pepper, diary-free seafood sauce 200g.
Instructions: Dissolve vegetable stock cube in 100 ml of boiling or very hot water. Pour mixture into the slow cooker, add prawns, paprika and black pepper, cover and cook on low for 3 hrs. Uncover, add sauce, stir it in, cover again and cook on low for further hr. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
