If you’re in a hurry, but still want to eat low FODmap foods, fear not! 🙂 Here’s an easy way to prepare a quick low FOdmap meal – 15-minute stir-fry!
-olive/rapeseed oil or paprika infused rapeseed oil
-little gem lettuce
-ready to eat seaweed
-herbs de Provence mix & a pinch of paprika
-rotisserie chicken bites/ fish chunks or chopped shrimp
Please note: Rotisserie chicken may aggravate symptoms in some FODmappers. If you tried it before and didn’t experience any symptoms, use it by all means. If store-bought chicken bites are not for you, chop one chicken breasts, sprinkle pan with olive oil and fry meat chunks on a medium fire. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, pepper, and some dried herbs.
Hot some olive or rapeseed oil in the pan. Add gluten-free noodles & spices. Cover your pan and cook it on a small fire until noodles soak up the moisture.
Add chopped lettuce, cocktail tomatoes, and rotisserie chicken (or fish bites). Stir it all up and cook for 5 to 10 minutes on a small fire.
Warm up seaweed portion (you can use microwave or oven (3 minutes only, at 150°C). Serve them with your stir-fry while they’re hot.
