Zucchini Fries. Low FODmap and gluten-free.
Easy and quick to make low FODmap snack. Only 4 ingredients.
-one large or two medium zucchinis
-cayenne pepper (1 tablespoon)
-dried dill (1 tablespoon)
-olive oil (2 tablespoons, for brushing)
Wash and dry your zucchinis. Slice them in half (as even as possible), scoop out the inside (seeds).
Slice the halves into fry-shaped pieces, brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
Place zucchini fries on a baking tray covered with baking parchment and roast at 200° Celsius for about 15 to 20 minutes. They should be mushy on the inside.
Allow fries to cool for 2 minutes and munch away! 🙂
