Shopping list:
– 2-3 large carrots

– 1/2 -2 cups of  grated cheese
–  spices (salt,pepper, dried herbs)
– 1 egg
–  1/2 -2 cups of breadcrumbs

– masher
– grater
– skillet
– baking tray
– baking parchment
– mixing bowl
– 2 tablespoons
–  fork
– measuring cup

Mash carrots and cook them on a small fire till  hot and tender (you can add butter or water).
Grate some cheese. Put  everything in a mixing bowl and add spices.
Batter some eggs and mix them thoroughly with carrot-cheese mash.
Add breadcrumbs and form small scones.
Put  baking parchment on the bottom of a baking tray and carefully place your scones on it ( leave 1 cm space between each scone).
Bake  at 392ºF (200°C)  until golden brown (around 10 minutes). Keep close an eye on your scones, so they don’t burn.
Enjoy!
